Description
The 2010 Vin Santo di Montepulciano, a treasure of Tuscan winemaking tradition, is proudly produced by Poliziano. This wine, with its dark amber color, is a symbol of hospitality in Tuscan homes, known for its intense aroma of honey and vanilla and a sweet, velvety taste. The Malvasia and Grechetto grapes, left to wither on reed mats for about 4 months before being pressed, give life to this wine which is fermented in small barrels with the 'mother', a natural yeast, for at least 7 years. The 2010 Vin Santo di Montepulciano by Poliziano encapsulates the essence of Tuscany.
